1. Agreement

The terms and conditions outlined herein form the contractual agreement between you and Chertsey Airport Express. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you expressly acknowledge and accept, without reservation, the terms and conditions as stipulated in this agreement.

2. Definitions

"Chertsey Airport Express," "we," or "us" denotes the service-providing company. The terms "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

3. Booking

3.1 Allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Chertsey Airport Express is not accountable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the designated pickup time.

3.2 Ensure the booked vehicle accommodates all passengers and luggage adequately. No assurance is given for excess luggage. Children, irrespective of age, are considered individual passengers.

3.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be communicated during the booking process.

4. Prices & Payment

4.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. Prices, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT, which will be charged additionally if applicable. We reserve the right to amend the quote for substantial changes to the itinerary.

4.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking costs. Exceeding this waiting period incurs charges at the standard Chertsey Airport Express rate.

4.3 Confirm the accuracy of the booking confirmation received upon accepting our quote. Failure to notify discrepancies absolves Chertsey Airport Express of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

4.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

5. The Service

5.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Any damage or soiling may result in charges for cleaning.

5.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

5.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

5.4 Carrying passengers beyond licensing or insurance limits is not permitted.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Notify Chertsey Airport Express promptly if canceling a booking. Charges apply if cancellation occurs after the vehicle has been dispatched.

6.2 Online bookings may incur charges upon pre-dispatch cancellation.

7. Liability

7.1 While Chertsey Airport Express strives to ensure punctual arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No circumstances warrant liability for losses incurred by you or your business.

7.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

7.3 In the event of a breakdown, we endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

7.4 You indemnify Chertsey Airport Express against expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions by anyone in your party.

7.5 Liability cannot be excluded or limited for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful default, as deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

8. Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to terminate or reject a booking immediately if the safety of the vehicle or driver is compromised by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Chertsey Airport Express may subcontract obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.

9.2 We may amend terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Review these terms regularly for awareness of any changes. Existing bookings will adhere to rates in effect at the time of booking.

9.3 Information is processed following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

9.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Chertsey Airport Express and yourself.

9.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits to a third party. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless specified in writing.

10. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Chertsey Airport Express is not obliged to address claims or disputes made after this timeframe.
